Lorna Joel Yoyo is a 2014 Commonwealth Fellow and a passionate development practitioner with over 14 years of experience working and coordinating with international and national partners and government and donor agencies. Most of her work has revolved around project planning, program management, program monitoring and evaluation, operations management and administration, stakeholders’ management, and in-country logistics. Given her excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; she thrives at supporting teams of technical thought leaders to drive evidence-based research in agricultural policy and in capturing the learning from practical application in the field. She holds a Master’s in Development Studies from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, and a BA degree in Education from the University of Bugema, Uganda. Her passion for agricultural development and people comes from a desire to build the wealth and health of developing nations while compounding strong, lasting, and productive relationships that
contribute to positive and sustainable change.
